We'll always do our best to get your order delivered on time, but if you do have any special delivery requirements - please don’t hesitate to get in touch and tell us.
We try to dispatch orders received before 8 pm CST, the next day.
Shipping charge of $20 for our air mail delivery, via Mexpost with universal tracking to most spots, in North Anerica.
Please note that these transit times are in working days and that the actual delivery times will depend on your order and the delivery service chosen.
We guarantee delivery. If a package does not arrive safely within 30 days of purchase, we offer you a full refund or re-shipment.

Please note that if your order is being sent outside of Mexico, you may be subject to customs charges within the destination country. Whilst Mercer Cigars can’t be held responsible for these - we find that most packages tend to get through unhindered, with the exception of Canada- who it turns out employ customs officers who are really, really good at their jobs
Please note that although we will always do our level best to deliver on or before the delivery date quoted at the checkout, and will always email you if we know in advance that your order is likely to be delayed, because we use public post to make our deliveries we cannot offer an absolutely guaranteed service (we do have a pretty good track record though).
A signature is required on delivery for MEXPOST-EXPRESS - if you aren’t going to be at home, or prefer not to sign, we’re happy to suggest Mexpost-Registrado.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF 5-PACKS or SAMPLERS THAT WERE DELIVERED SUCCESSFULLY.
ALL ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE SHIPPED USPS W/ TRACKING TO A SITE IN THE US WITHIN 10 DAYS OF DELIVERY. WE DO NOT PAY RETURN POSTAGE.
